@ZHR1234 download home switcher from android market and use it
it works now, but have a problem, i cant set it as my default home, everytime i press home it goes back to the HTC home panel, not the Shell home panel, anyway around that?

@ZHR1234 Download ASTRO File Manager, find the spb shell.apk file, click on it then click install and it should show up when you whit the Home button.
I’ve downloaded a home switcher but however it won’t set a default home switcher. Is it outdated?
i downloaded the APK to my pc, how can i get it to read on my phone. i dragged it to the SD card but the file isnt being read.
SO if you reboot the phone will it say that you have to purchase it????
